I understand that. Instead of watching a 20-minute video, I was hoping the poster could provide some context or a summary.
The video literally started out with "Palestinians like to portray themselves as the victims".
That's all I needed to hear to turn it off. It doesn't even try to be objective.

Thanks for taking one for the team.

On the other front, CNN taking a rather bleak view:
Ukraine’s hopes for victory fade in the face of waning Western support and Putin’s relentless war machine
https://www.cnn.com/2023/12/29/europe/ukraine-war-victory-hopes-dim-intl/index.html

As the long frontline becomes ever more calcified, the Kremlin senses greater skepticism among Kyiv’s Western backers that Ukraine can recover the 17% of its territory still occupied by Russian forces.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is relishing the much more partisan atmosphere in Washington, where many in the Republican Party are questioning the purpose of sending Ukraine another $61 billion worth of aid as requested by the Biden administration, assessing that it will achieve little on the battlefield.
You'd think 17% isn't too much, but most of the attacks seem to be coming from drone & missiles which can come well outside of that range. And now the US has to decide if they are going to keep throwing money at the problem, because the rest of the world seems to be asking the same questions.

One more thing I'll comment on:
The pool of military recruits in Ukraine has substantially shrunk; battlefield losses have deprived the military of tens of thousands of experienced soldiers and mid-rank officers. “Sooner or later we are going to find that we simply don’t have enough people to fight,” Zaluzhny told the Economist in November
A big reason for this is because so many countries (incl the US and Canada) started taking in able-bodied Ukrainians. So much so that the government had to force the men to stay in the country in order to fight. That of course didn't affect those who made it out, or where already outside of the country when this all started. It will be interesting to see if Zelensky can convince those who fled to come back and fight, because one thing NATO says it won't do is put actual boots on the ground.

Pakistan retaliates with airstrikes inside Iran
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/pakistan-retaliates-with-airstrikes-inside-iran/ar-AA1na3nB

Pakistan carried out retaliatory airstrikes in Iran early Thursday, allegedly targeting militant positions amid rising tensions between the neighboring nations.
...
Iran also conducted airstrikes in Iraq and Syria late Monday in response to a suicide bombing that killed more than 90 people earlier this month, for which the Sunni militant group Islamic State claimed responsibility.

The idea that countries can openly conduct military ops in neighboring countries without their consent is pretty mind-boggling and AFAIK only happens in that part of the world.

Imagine what would happen if Canada or Mexico bombed terrorist targets in the US. Even countries like China and North Korea have refrained from this.

Trudeau said he was ‘not surprised’ to hear Netanyahu oppose a two-state solution
https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/worl...nyahu-oppose-a-two-state-solution/ar-BB1gXunk

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he was “not surprised” to hear Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reject the establishment of a Palestinian state in a postwar scenario and suggested that it has been a point of contention with Canada.
Speaking during a nationally broadcast news conference on Thursday evening, Netanyahu pledged to continue the war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip until the Israel Defense Forces achieve “total victory”. He also rejected the idea of Palestinian statehood.
If there was any doubt, it's gone now.

Biden's foul language continues after insults to Benjamin Netanyahu
https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/worl...er-insults-to-benjamin-netanyahu/ss-BB1hNipQ?

President Joe Biden's foul language continues after he allegedly called Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu a 'bad [expletive] guy.' People who have spoken to President Joe Biden are claiming that the 81-year-old leader called Benjamin Netanyahu a 'bad [expletive] guy' in private conversations, Politico revealed.
Biden's alleged insults come as the U.S. is dragged further into war and conflict in the Middle East. Politico's Jonathan Martin wrote a column on Sunday explaining how Biden, 81, is losing millions of votes amongst young liberals for the United States' support of Israel amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza with Hamas. Martin revealed that unnamed sources told him Biden is 'deeply suspicious' of Netanyahu.
Looks like these cracks are growing larger than anyone expected?

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
I understand there is a certain decorum needed when you're in a position of that high stature, and visibility, but the fact is, sometimes a good "expletive" is just what's needed, and puts a nice exclamation point on your sentence. It sort of cements your position. Having said that, I wonder just what you can say anymore, without pissing off, or offending someone, or some group.

Russia says suspects in Crocus concert hall attack detained as death toll rises to 133
https://www.cnn.com/2024/03/23/europe/moscow-concert-hall-attack-intl/index.html

Imagine being caught alive as a terror suspect for a mass shooting in Russia. The worst torture in human history awaits them, and I think we can all agree that we have no problem with that. Kinda satisfying to see shits like that not get an easy death for once.

That being said, how much do you want to bet that they are all going to confess Ukrainian involvement?

The Moscow concert hall attack was probably a false flag attack ordered by ahole Putin, to blame Ukraine and to gain support from russians and other countries.

I don't know if he ordered it, but I'm confident he allowed it to happen (especially with reports that they were warned by the US). All of course for the reasons you stated.

Putin and his security apparatus probably did what the US did before 9-11 and Israel before 10-7: ignored warning signs and uncertain/generalized intelligence reports.

World Central Kitchen pauses Gaza aid, saying 7 members killed during IDF attack
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/worl...-members-killed-during-idf-attack/ar-BB1kU11h

The dead included Australian, Polish, British and Palestinian aid workers, WCK said. One worker was a dual American-Canadian citizen, the organization said.
...
"Unfortunately, in the last day, there was a tragic case of our forces unintentionally hitting innocent people in the Gaza Strip," Netanyahu said. "It happens in war"
Countries are going to jump off the sidelines when more of their citizens get killed.

Israeli strike on Iran’s consulate in Syria killed 2 generals and 5 other officers, Iran says
https://apnews.com/article/israel-syria-airstrike-iranian-embassy-edca34c52d38c8bc57281e4ebf33b240

An Israeli airstrike that demolished Iran’s consulate in Syria on Monday killed two Iranian generals and five officers, according to Iranian officials. The strike appeared to signify an escalation of Israel’s targeting of military officials from Iran
...
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which is based in Britain, said two Syrians also were killed.
Two police officers who guarded the consulate were among those wounded, and first responders were still searching for bodies under the rubble.

Fucking bullshit by the idf.
You do NOT target diplomatic missions.
Even countries at active war do not do this - in fact the whole point is to ensure that there will be a outlet for peace negotiations.

How would the US like it if their diplomatic missions were targeted?
Oh wait - they make movies out of it.

I don't suppose you will give this article much credit, but I believe it. Until the so called peace loving muslims rise up against those amongst themselves that cause this violence, I wouldn't trust a single one, especially those in this country, including those that serve in our government. Especially those that serve in our government.
