There was a serial killer from Texas named Dean Correl, who they called the candy man. He ran a confection business, and killed severl young men and boys, with a couple of cohorts, one of which killed him.

I'm gonna say it's about half and half. Some are funny, some are sad, a few show the law being broken. But it sure was funny, 100% across the board. It's also proof positive people do not bay attention. Good post as usual.
